摘要
基于正交投影原理和局部主成分分析 ,建立了一种新的联用色谱重叠峰中目标组分光谱分辨方法 :二次投影分辨法 .该法能有效的从多组分联用色谱重叠峰中分辨出目标组分的光谱与色谱 ,所得光谱与真实光谱十分吻合 .
A novel method,two projection resolution(TPR),for resolution of hyphenated chromatographic overlapping peaks is proposed in this paper,It is based on orthogonal projection and local principle component analysis.This method proved to be an offective one on the resolution of chromatographic and spectroscopic curve of target components in overlapping peaks.The results obtained showed that the resolved spectra coincided perfectly with real spectra and that excellent correlation is kept between resolved chromatographic peak area and concentration.This method was applied to the resolution of chromatographic data table of PAHs in air borne particulate.The chromatographic and spectroscopic curve of 16 component have been resolved,and 4 component (phenanthrene,anthracene,fluoranthene,pyrene or their evolution)have been directly qualified from 3 peak clusters at retentain time 8~16 min.
