摘要
通过盆栽试验研究了不同浓度的铅、镉、铜、锌4种重金属污染对于芹菜生长的影响。结果表明:芹菜的株高、最大叶面积和鲜重随复合重金属浓度的增加而逐渐降低,芹菜中的脯氨酸含量增加,维生素C含量逐渐下降,过氧化物酶(POD)的活性降低。
The effect of combined heavy metals pollution on the growth of celery were studied.The results showed that the height,the maximum leaf area and the fresh weight of celery treated by the combined heavy metals pollution were lower than the blank group.Compared with the blank group,the proline content and the peroxidase activity in the celery treated by the combined heavy metals pollution were increased and the vitamin C content was decreased.
