摘要
以菌丝长速和菌丝干质量为测量指标,结合液体发酵培养生长曲线,研究了越橘菌根菌菌丝生长的最佳培养基和最佳培养时间。结果表明:从4种培养基中初筛出PDMA培养基为适合该菌株生长的基础培养基,得到了该菌株种子培养的最佳液体转接时间为液态发酵的第2~3天,最佳生产时间为第5天,产量最高,为3.45g/100mL。
Taking growth rate and dry weight of mycelium as measurement index,combined with the growth curve of liquid fermentation culture,PDMA medium was found suitable as basic medium for this strain after 4 kinds of medium were preliminarily screened.And the optimal liquid transfer time for culturing the seed of this strain was the 2~3 d of liquid fermentation;the best production time was the 5 d,where the yield was the highest as 3.45 g/100mL.
