摘要
报道了桂皮胶囊中桂皮醛的高效液相色谱分析方法。样品用甲醇提取 ,在YWG—C18(4 0mm× 2 50mm ,10 μm )柱上进行分析 ,流动相为水—甲醇—四氢呋喃 (10 0∶4 0∶12 .5,V/V) ,流速1 0mL/min ,紫外检测波长为 2 86nm ,0 0 4AUFS ,桂皮醛平均回收率为 10 0 5% (n =5) ,这种方法测桂皮醛准确、快捷、简单。
An HPLC method for determination of cinnamaldehyde in cassia bark capsules was developed.The samples were extracted with methanol.The chromatography was carried on the YWG-C18 Column(4.0 mmi.d.×250 mm,10 μm),water-methanol-tetrahydrofuran(100∶40∶12.5,V/V,1.0 mL/min) as mobile phase and UV detection at 286 nm,0.04 AUFS.The mean recovery was 100.55%(n=5).This method was accurate,rapid and simple for the determination of cinnamaldehyde in cassia bark capsules.
