外阴癌临床诊治进展

摘要 外阴癌约占女性生殖道原发性恶性肿瘤的3%～5%,占女性恶性肿瘤的1%〔1〕,其发病率随年龄的增长而升高,常见于绝经后期女性。然而德国、丹麦等国家通过大样本研究发现,由于近年来性生活方式的改变及HPV病毒感染率的上升,年轻女性患者的发病率有上升趋势〔2〕。外阴癌的病理类型包括鳞状细胞癌、恶性黑色素瘤、Paget病、基底细胞癌、疣状癌、
