拉莫三嗪联合丙戊酸抗癫痫治疗致肝损伤一例被引量：2

摘要 1病例介绍患者，女性，18岁。因“发热5d，抽搐发作1d”主诉入院。患者入院5d前出现发热，体温最高达39．5℃，同时伴有头痛、咽痛、咳嗽、流涕、四肢无力、肌肉酸痛。自服退热药及罗红霉素后体温可降低至38．2℃。
