摘要
本文讨论了可控阈开关的二种应用 .建立了实现阈值控制电路的传输开关运算 .设计了二值电流型 CMOS施密特电路 .在利用电流求和信号并引入阈值控制技术后 ,设计了具有简单结构的 ECL全加器 .PSPICE模拟证明了所设计的电路具有正确的逻辑功能和理想的特性 .
This paper discussed the two application of the threshold\|controllable switch. The current transmission switch operations used to realize threshold\|controlling circuit were established. The binary current\|mode CMOS Schmitt circuit was designed. By adopting the current summation signal and threshold\|controlling technique, the ECL full adder with simple structure was proposed. The simulation with PSPICE proved that the designed circuits have correct logic function and ideal characteristics.
