浦东地区部分养猪场常见病原菌的分离与鉴定

Isolation and Identification of Pathogenic Bacteria in Several Pig Farms in Pudong Area

为了摸清浦东地区部分猪场病原菌分布状况,从浦东地区部分猪场31头病猪中采取病料,在固体培养基中进行划线分离培养,挑取单个可疑菌落进行生化试验鉴定。再分别利用沙门菌、巴氏杆菌、链球菌等特异性引物对疑似菌落进行多重PCR扩增,将所得片段测序,并与GenBank收录的相关细菌基因序列进行比较分析,结合生化反应结果确定细菌属性。结果共获得沙门菌19株,链球菌15株,巴氏杆菌12株。初步摸清了浦东地区部分猪场病原分布状况,为养殖场猪病防控奠定了基础。

To analysis the distribution of the pathogenic bacteria in several pig farms in Pu Dong area, the samples were collected and cultured in medium. Single colonies which were suspicious were amplified with specific primers of Salmonella, Streptococcus and Pasteurella. Genetic fragments were compared with related sequences accessed in GenBank. The sequence analysis results showed that we obtained Salmonella 19 strains, Streptococcus 15 strains and Pasteurella 12 strains. The results of this experiment analyzed the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in several pig farms in Pu Dong area, and providea the base for treatment and prevention of swine diseases.
