摘要
为了明确雌激素受体(ER)在怀孕山羊腺垂体中相关激素分泌细胞的分布,本试验采用免疫组化双标法对怀孕早期、中期和晚期山羊腺垂体PRL、FSH和LH分泌细胞中ERα和ERβ表达进行了研究。结果显示,在妊娠过程中ERα和ERβ均与PRL、FSH和LH阳性细胞有共存,多共存于胞质中;ER与PRL和LH共存的阳性细胞数量随妊娠时间推移而增多,与FSH的共存相反。提示在妊娠过程中两种ER亚型均可以介导雌激素的作用,并以在PRL和LH分泌细胞中的调节为主,维持妊娠期的生殖内分泌。
To determine the relations of coexistence of estrogen receptor(ER) with relevant hormone secretion in adenohypophysis of pregnancy goats, the estrogen receptor a(ERa)and estrogen receptor β(ERβ) with the coexistence of the hormone pituitary cells of pregnancy goats were studied by immunohistochemical double labeled method. The results showed that, during the pregnancy, ERa and ERβ are co-existent with prolactin (PRL), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH) in the cytoplasm, and a few in the membrane or nucleus, and has some changes with the pregnancy; the number of positive cells of coexistant ER with PRL and LH cells gradually increased with the pregnancy, with the FSH opposite. The results suggested that the two subtypes of ER mediated the effect of estrogen during pregnancy, and the regulation was dominated by the secretion cell of PRL and LH, to maintain pregnancy reproductive endocrinology.
