甘氨酸对硫酸黏杆菌素体外抑菌作用的影响

摘要 为了研究甘氨酸对硫酸黏杆菌素体外抑菌作用的影响,采用微量肉汤棋盘稀释法,对标准株及临床分离的猪源大肠埃希菌、沙门菌、绿脓杆菌(共33株)进行了体外联合抑菌试验。结果表明,试验菌株中27.3%呈协同作用,66.7%呈相加作用,无关作用的占6%,无颉颃作用;大肠埃希菌、绿脓杆菌和沙门菌的平均FIC指数分别为0.53、0.39和0.52。说明甘氨酸对硫酸黏杆菌素有增效作用。 The aim of this study was to investigate effects of glycine on colistine sulfate bacteriostasis. Microdilution method was used to test the drug susceptibility of E. coli, Salmonella, Pseudomonsa aeruginosa to colistine sulfate combined with glyeine. The results showed that synergie effect of the combination was 27.3%, additive effect 66.7 %, indifferent effect 6%, and no antagonistic effect. The average FIC of E. coli, Salmonella, Pseudomonsa aeruginosa were 0.53, 0.39 and 0.52, indicating that glycine can en- hance the bacteriostasis of colistine sulfate.
