摘要 猪的主要组织相容性复合体(MHC)又称为猪白细胞抗原(SLA),由3个基因簇组成,即SLAⅠ、SLAⅡ和SLAⅢ,定位于猪7号染色体的着丝粒的两边,是一组紧密连锁、高度多态的基因群,其基因表达产物在抗原递呈及免疫调节等方面起着重要的作用。论文简述了SLA的基因定位、多态性、基因组结构和分子功能,介绍了SLA限制性T细胞抗原表位分析以及SLAⅠ分子晶体结构的解析,并对今后SLA的研究聚焦点进行了展望,认为应该深入探究具体SLA等位基因在控制免疫反应中的角色,分析感染和免疫接种后所产生的实际抗原表位信息,以及定量分析抗原特异性T淋巴细胞等。 The swine major histocompatibility complex (MHC) or swine leukocyte antigen (SLA) complex is a set of closely linked and polymorphic gene cluster. It consists of three major gene clusters (class I , II and III) and has been mapped to chromosome 7 spanning thecentromere. SLA molecules play an important role in antigen presentation and immunological regulation. This review summarized recent updates to SLA complex genome map, SLA gene structure, function and structure of the SLA antigens, SLA gene polymorphism and molecular analyses of T-cell antigen epitopes bound by SLA genes. The future research focus on SLA was also mentioned in this paper. We think that the stage is now set for deeper probing of the role of SLA alleles in controlling infectious disease and vaccine responses, for determining specific antigenic epitopes that stimulate immune and vaccine responses,and so on.
