摘要
在定义危险品运输风险的基础上,建立了由政府集中管理的危险品运输网络优化模型,模型以政府最小化网络总风险为目标函数,同时政府从运输者角度出发,约束网络中的总出行时间不超过一定的范围,并针对建立的模型采用了相应的粒子群算法进行求解.最后应用算例分析了模型和算法的有效性.
On the basis of the definition of hazardous material transportation risk, this paper establishes a centralized management optimization model which is controlled by the government. This model aims to minimize the total risk of the network, and the government takes into account the profit of the shipper. There exists a constraint that the total travel time does not exceed a certain range. Then, related particle swarm optimization algorithm is designed to solve it. Finally, the numerical example is used to analysis the effectiveness of the model and the algorithm.
