摘要
为了防止硫磺回收装置中离心鼓风机喘振现象的发生,从其性能曲线特性出发,采用机组控制系统并通过一系列的功能块实现安全可靠的防喘振控制,为硫磺回收装置的平稳运行提供了有力保障。装置的安全平稳运行对减少炼油装置酸性气排放量,减少对环境影响,保障生命安全等具有重要意义;从酸性气中提炼回收硫,具备一定的经济效益。
To prevent centrifugal blower from surging in sulfur recovery unit(SRU), according to blower performance curves, the safe and reliable anti-surging control is realized by adopting compressor control system with a series function blocks being employed, and the stable running of the sulfur recovery unit is ensured. The safe and stable operation of the SRU is of great importance to reduce the acid exhaust gas emission, influence to environment, and guarantee the safety of lives, etc. More economic benefits can be achieved by means of refining and recovering sulfur from acidic gas.
