摘要
风险辨识(HAZOP)是一种对工艺装置的安全性及可操作性进行系统分析的方法,通过对各种偏离设计工艺状态的可能性分析,可以找到工艺装置中潜在的危险因素,并采取相应的安全措施,从而提高装置的安全性。针对某化工装置的聚合反应器进行HAZOP审查的过程,分析了该反应器发生事故的后果及其应对措施,论述了降低风险的办法,指出了HAZOP审查的方法、注意事项、必要性等。
HAZOP is a systemtic evaluation method for safety and operability of process. By evaluating the possibility of a variety of deviations from the designed process state, the potential risk can be identified in process plants, and appropriate safety measures are proposed to improve the unit safety. Based on the audit of HAZOP review conducted for one polymerization reactor of a specific chemical plant, the reactor accident consequences and response measures for the reactor are evaluated, the risk reduction approach is discussed, and the methods, notes and the necessary of HAZOP review are approached.
