摘要
加强派驻机构管理体制改革,让派驻机构充分运转起来,是建立和完善有中国特色的权力监督制约机制的重要途径。地方纪检监察派驻机构派驻模式主要有点派驻(按单位派驻)和片派驻(按行业派驻)两种。两种派驻模式的利弊何在,当代中国应该选择何种派驻模式,本文将对此进行初步探讨和分析。
To establish and perfect the mechanism of power restriction and power balance with Chinese characteristics,we must reform the regime of Dispatched Agency in local Discipline Control and Power Supervision Departments and make it perform its functions fully.There are two principal models of Dispatched Agency： dispatching to individual department and dispatching to special fields.In this article,we will analyze the strength and weakness of the two models and make rational choice for contemporary Chinese local Discipline Control and Power Supervision Departments.
