摘要
贫困山区农村公路是农村一项最重要的基础设施。但是,经济基础薄弱、公路资金来源不稳定等因素制约着贫困山区农村公路的发展,使其成为经济发展的瓶颈。要在资金有限的情况下高质量地完成建设任务,资金的管理和使用至关重要。
Road is one of the most important infrastructures in impoverished mountain area. But poor eco nomic base and instable origin of road construction funds restrict the development of road in such area and make it the bottleneck of the development of the rural economy. It is crucial to reasonably use and arrange the funds for the purpose of finishing the construction with high quality in the case of limited funding.
