摘要
在空气 -水 -甲醇合成催化剂、空气 -液体石蜡油 -甲醇合成催化剂两种系统中 ,研究了高固含率下 ,三相淤浆床反应器的平均气含率、床层压降、临界气速等流体力学性质 ;考察了各种因素的影响 ,并得到了气含率的经验关联式。
Taking two systems of airwatercatalyst and airparaffin oilcatalyst with high solid concentration, the hydrodynamics of the threephase slurry reactor including average gas holdup, bed pressuredrop, and critical gas velocity for complete suspension of solid particles, has been studied. The effects of several factors on them have been researched. The result of experiments indicates that the effects of gas velocity, solid concentration and liquid viscosity on gas holdup and bed pressuredrop are the same as that of low solid concentration reported by literatures. The correlation for the gas holdup has been obtained.ε__G=0.584 5 U0.552 9__Gw-0.305 5μ0.014 1__Lσ0.155 3 The equation is proved to be suitable by statistical examination. It can be used for the development and design of threephase slurry reactor in the range of solid concentration based on the study.
