摘要
通过拟合高漏抗弧焊变压器的磁特性曲线 ,据此建立了等效的非线性动态离散化模型 ,计算得出了在不同励磁输入状态下的各次谐波含量 ,探讨了励磁电压、负载和漏感等因素对谐波含量的影响 ,并提出了滤除高次谐波的措施。
Based on mapping and simulating magnetic characteristic curve of arc welding transformer with high leakageflux, this paper presents an equivalent nonlinear dynamic model. Harmonic current has been calculated under variable conditions. The effects of input voltage, load on secondary coil and leakage inductance on harmonic current have also been discussed. Finally, some measures to reduce harmonic current have been introduced.
