平湖市市管海塘运行管理现状与对策

平湖市市管海塘存在促淤坝部分地段冲刷严重、干砌块石出现裂缝、大石方脚出现微量滑移等现象,造成严重的安全隐患.对此,采取了健全组织机构、注重维修养护、强化日常管理、优化企业服务、抓好防汛抢险五大现状措施进行海塘管理.同时提出了提升防御标准、推进信息化建设、提升涉堤企业服务、全面种植绿化四点对策,以进一步确保海塘工程安全、高效运行.

There are serious potential safety hazards in Pinghu Seawall, such as severe silt dam scour, placed rock-fill crack and cubic stone trace slip. Some measures on seawall management are introduced, including perfect organization operation, maintenance and conservation, daily management regulation, enterprise service optimization, flood control and emergency rescue. At the same time, several countermeasures are also put forward to further ensure engineering safety and efficient operation of the seawall, like defense standard ascension, informatization construction promotion, enterprise service improvement and comprehensive forestation.
