Mechanism Interpretation of China's Corporate to Fulfill Social Responsibility and Path Selection

企业社会责任运动已经成为不可阻挡的世界洪流,企业积极履践社会责任是时代的要求,是企业参与国际竞争不可逾越的门槛。然而我国当前企业社会责任严重缺失,这与时代要求和我国经济飞跃发展的繁荣局面产生了巨大反差。若进一步探究,我国企业社会责任缺失根源在于转型期我国产权、法律信誉等各项制度的不完善所导致的企业履践社会责任内部动力弱化和外部监督约束软化。只有动力、能力和环境三要素的耦合才能实现企业社会责任内化和企业社会责任履践。为此,必须积极推进各项制度改革创新,强化企业履践社会责任的动力,提升企业履践社会责任的能力,硬化企业履践社会责任的监督约束。

Corporate social responsibility （CSR） has become an unstoppable world torrent. The corporate actively carrying out the social responsibility is the requirement of times and insurmountable threshold to participate in international competition. How- ever, it has generated a huge contrast between serious deficiencies of corporate social responsibility at present and the Chinag e- conomic prosperity. I believe that the lack of corporate social responsibility in China is rooted in the weakening of the internal dy- namics and softening of the external supervision and restraint of the enterprise caused by the imperfections of property rights, legal and credibility of the system in the transition period. Only coupling the power, capacity and environmental elements, can corpo- rate social responsibility be internalized and self-fulfilled in practice. So we must actively promote the system reform and innova- tion, strengthen the power of the enterprise to fulfill social responsibility, enhance the ability of enterprises to fulfill social respon- sibility, and harden of the supervision and restraint of the enterprise to fulfill social responsibility.
