摘要
采用Hummers法以天然石墨粉为原料制备氧化石墨,在N2气氛下低温热处理制得氧化石墨烯。氧化石墨烯与钛酸四丁酯经超声、离心后,在420℃下煅烧制得氧化石墨烯/TiO2复合材料。采用XRD、红外光谱、TEM和热分析等技术对氧化石墨烯以及氧化石墨烯/TiO2复合材料进行表征。结果表明,在240℃条件下低温热处理2h制备的氧化石墨烯效果较好,制备的氧化石墨烯/TiO2复合材料中纳米TiO2颗粒的粒径为12~14nm左右。
The graphite oxide(GO) was prepared by Hummers method using natural graphite powder,and graphene was synthesized by heat treatment at low temperature on the condition of N2 existence.Graphene and tetrabutyl titanate were treated by ultrasonic method,then by centrifugalization several times,and then roasted at 420 ℃,as a result the graphene/TiO2 composite was synthesized.And the products were characterized by XRD,FTIR,TEM and thermal analysis technique.The results showed that the graphite oxide by treating 2 h at 240 ℃ in the vacuum environment can transfer to graphene better,and the average particle size of TiO2in the graphene/TiO2 composite is about 12~14 nm.
