设置柔性联接层刚性路面的力学性能分析 被引量:2

Mechanics Analysis for Rigid Pavement with Flexible Context Layer

摘要 针对水泥混凝土路面面层与基层间接触状况不良及半刚性基层抗冲刷能力不足成为水泥混凝土路面病害主要成因的特点,在对传统路面结构存在的不足分析的基础上,构建了在层间设置柔性联接层的路面结构,并根据弹性力学理论,建立了路面结构3D模型,运用ANSYS有限元分析软件对该结构进行相关力学分析。分析结果显示,联接层厚度和模量变化对联接层和半刚性基层自身变形量影响显著,对面层板自身变形量影响不明显;联接层厚度变化对各结构层层底拉应力和剪应力影响显著,但其模量变化仅对面板和联接层层底的拉应力和剪应力影响显著,从而确定了联接层厚度和模量的低限值,且在实际应用中应充分考虑联接层材料的抗剪性能。 The imperfect contact between the cement concrete pavement and the base layer,poor ability of erosion resistance of the semi-rigid base have become main reasons for the pavement surface damage.Aiming at the deficiencies that lie in the traditional pavement structure assessment,a pavement structure that set flexible context layer between cement concrete pavement and semi-rigid base had been constructed.According to the theory of elastic mechanic,a 3D model of pavement structure was established and mechanics analysis was made by using ANSYS software.The results show that variations of context layer's thickness and modulus have significant influence on deformation of context layer and semi-rigid base,which have little influence on deformation of pavement.The effects of variation of context layer's thickness on the tensile stress on the bottom of each structure layer's shear stress were remarkable.But variations of context layer's modulus just have significant influence on tensile stress on the bottom of pavement and context layer and their shear stress.Thereby the threshold value of context layer's thickness and modulus were determined.Moreover,shear resistance of context layer should be given full consideration in practical application.
