摘要
通过对计算机软件行业进行著作权、专利权及商业秘密权等不同知识产权的优劣势分析,根据分析结果提出可行性建议。
The paper analyzed advantages and disadvantages of the different intellectual property rights of the computer software industry, such as copyrights, patents and trade secrets. Then the paper proposed feasible suggestions based on the results of the analysis.
