近年来,大学生违法犯罪事件频频出现,向我们发出提高当代大学生的法律素养已势在必行的警示。本文从法律素养的内涵及其重要性着手,分析大学生法律素养的现状及原因,并提出了推进法律素养教育的对策。

In recent years, the incidents or crime of the university students occur frequently. It is a warn which tells us that we must improve college students＇legal quality imperatively. This article analyzes the meaning and importance of the legal quality firstly, and then analyzes the current legal quality of university students, finally this article puts forward how to enhance students legal quality from the perspective of school, family, society and personal education.
