摘要
采用水蒸汽蒸馏法从蓖麻叶中提取挥发油,利用GC-MS联用仪对蓖麻叶挥发油的化学成分进行研究,共分离到52个组分,鉴定了其中的31个,占挥发油总量的77.223%。蓖麻叶挥发油主要成分是壬醛(14.718%)、二环[3.2.0]庚-2-酮(7.773%)、2,4-癸二烯醛(6.237%)、(E)-4-(2,6,6-三甲基-1-环己烯-1-基)-3-丁烯-2-酮(6.056%)、(E)-2-癸醛(5.967%)、(E)-6,10-二甲基-5,9-十一碳二烯-2-酮(5.063%)等。
To analyze the chemical compositions of the essential oil in the leaf of Ricinus communis, the essential oil was extracted from the leaf of R. communis by steam distillation, and then an analysis was conducted by applying GC - MS. The result shows that 52 ingredients have been found, and 31 of them have been identified, accounting for 77.223% of the total essential oil. The main chemical components of the leaf of R. communis are: Nonanal( 14. 718% ) ,Bicyclo [ 3.2.0 ] heptan - 2 - one (7. 773 % ), 2,4 - Decadienal ( 6. 237 % ), 3 -Buten - 2 - one, 4 - ( 2,6,6 - trimethyl - 1 - cyclohexen - 1 - yl) - , (E) - (6. 056% ) ,2 - Decenal, (E) - (5. 967% ) ,5,9 - Undecadien - 2 - one, 6,10 - dime- thyl -, (E) - (5.063%)etc.
