摘要
大多数稻农的生产并未处于最优规模而是处于规模报酬递增阶段,若能实现生产规模有效扩大,使小规模稻农达到最优规模生产,将有助于提高哈尔滨市水稻生产的规模效率。
The majority of the rice farmers are in the period of increasing the scale and they do not reach the utmost scale production. It is necessary for them to maximize the rice production to promote the rice pro- duction scale of Harbin.
