建设农村基层学习型党组织是建设马克思主义学习型政党的重要组成部分,但目前面临着学习理念陈旧、人才力量薄弱、学习内容单一和缺乏相应的制度保障等问题。对此,要立足于农村基层党组织和农村党员队伍建设的实际,从改变学习理念、增强人才支持力度、丰富学习内容和健全学习保障制度等方面探索切实有效的措施,确保农村基层党组织和党员干部长期开展行之有效的学习活动,推进农村基层学习型党组织建设的进程。

Recently,it exists some problems to build the basic rural level party, such as, old - fashioned concept, weak human resources, lacking a corresponding system. Therefore, we should carry out effective long-term activities concept, strengthenigh human and promote the process of the rural party organization from changing learning resources, enriching learning content and perfecting learining security system
