摘要
随着20世纪70和80年代多元文化政策的兴起,澳大利亚政府开始逐步关注土著民族教育机会均等问题,制定了一系列促进土著民族教育机会均等的法律政策,保障和维护了土著民族的教育公平。本文在深入考察澳大利亚多元文化社会历史背景的基础上,研究分析了澳大利亚土著民族教育法律政策的主要内容、特点、实施成效,指出了其对加强我国少数民族教育法规政策建设的借鉴和启示。
With the development of multi-cultural policy in the 1970s and 1980s, Australian administration started to pay attention to legislation of equal access to education by indigenous people. In order to guarantee and preserve education equity of indigenous people, Australian government has made a series of education laws and policies about equal access to education for them. Based on the historical background of Australian multi-cultural policy,this paper analyses the main contents,characteristics and effect of indigenous education laws and policies in Australia, and provides some suggestions and enlightenment for enhancing legislation of education for ethnic minorities in China.
