摘要
开关电源以效率高、体积小、重量轻、生产成本低、输出组多、极性可变等诸多优点得以迅速推广,在很多领域逐渐替代线性电源和相控电源。开关电源采用现代电力电子技术,控制开关晶体管的开通与关断的时间比率,维持稳定的输出电压或电源。本文设计采用TOP258YN(TopStitch-HX系列的一种芯片)控制的单端反激式开关电源,输出电压24V(小于36V),电压调整率小于1%,当该电源工作在220VAC时的输出效率可达87%以上。
With high efficiency, small volume, light weight, low production cost, output group, polarity variable and many other advantages, switching power supply is promoted rapidly, gradually replaces the linear power supply and phase control power supply in many fields. Switching power supply is used modem power electronic technology to control the opening of the switching transistor and the turn - off time ratio, and maintain a stable output voltage or current. This article is designed by using TOP258YN ( TopStitch -HX series chip ) to control single end fly back switching power supply, the output voltage 24V (less than 36V) and vohage regulation less than 1%. The power supply's output efficiency can reach above 87% when work on 220V AC.
