深入推进行政执法与刑事司法衔接工作的思考

In-depth Consideration of Connection between Administration Execution and Criminal Justice

行政执法与刑事司法相衔接工作机制是依法治国、建立法治国家的一项重要举措,我国自本世纪初提出推行至今,取得了较好成效,但也存在一些不容忽视的问题。要深入推进此项工作,必须采取一系列措施,统一认识、加强立法、明确牵头部门、强化监督、完善机制。

Work on administration execution and criminal justice mechanism are linked in accordance with the law governing the establishment of the rule of law as an important initiative, which has been implemented in China since the beginning of this century until up to now. After more than 10 years of practice, good results have been achieved, there are still some problems that can not be ignored. To push this work, a series of measures must be adopted, such as consensus, strengthening of legislation, specific lead departments, strengthening supervision, perfecting mechanism.
