国际关系理论视域下的网络恐怖主义分析

An Analysis of Cyberterrorism under the International Relations Theory

网络恐怖主义是当前非传统安全的重要议题,已经成为影响国际关系发展进程的一个重要变量。从国际关系理论的视野,尤其是以现实主义、自由主义和安全化等视角对网络恐怖主义的产生和治理进行简要分析。同时,针对网络恐怖主义对现行国际关系理论提出的挑战,着重从新技术对国际政治的影响、传统的战争与和平观是否过时、国际关系理论的研究范围以及国际关系理论的进化前景等方面进行了探讨。

Cyberterrorism is an important issue of non - traditional security, which has become a great factor to influence the development of international relations. From the perspective of international relations theory, especially from the perspective of realism, liberalism, and securitization, this paper gives a brief analysis of the birth and management of the Cyberterrorism. Facing the challenges of Cyberterrorism towards the present international relations theory, the influence of new technology towards international politics, whether the traditional view of war and peace is out, the research scope of the international relations theory and the evolution prospect of international relations theory are discussed.
