被动式膳食干预对社区空巢老人生存质量和营养状况影响的研究

The study on passive nutrition intervention on quality of life and nutritional status of the community empty nest elderly

目的:探讨被动式营养干预方式对社区空巢老年人的生存质量和营养状况的影响。方法:选择大同市御东新区年龄为65周岁及以上的空巢老年人作为研究对象,共209例,其中男74例,女135例,平均年龄为(70.4±4.1)岁。对研究对象采取被动式营养干预方式进行干预,并对干预前后的生存质量和营养状况进行对比研究。结果:进行被动式营养干预后,研究对象的简易营养评价表(MNA)评分高于干预前,二者之间比较差异有统计学意义。提示送餐上门能够改善社区空巢老人的营养状况。进行被动式营养干预后,研究对象生存质量的4个维度评分和综合自我评分均高于干预前,并且二者之间比较差异有统计学意义。结论:送餐上门作为一种被动式营养干预措施,能够有效地改善社区空巢老人的营养状况和生存质量。

Objective：To investigate the passive nutrition intervention on quality of life of the community empty nest elderly and nutritional status. Methods ：Datong Royal East New age of 65 years of age and empty-nest elderly as research subjects,a total of 209 male and 74 cases,135 cases of female,mean age （70.4±4.1） years of age. Passive nutrition intervention study intervention, and intervention before and after the quality of life and nutritional status were compared. Results ：The object of the study subjects ,passive nutrition intervention study the mini-nutritional as- sessment （MNA） score is higher than before the intervention,there is statistical difference between the two. Prompt the meals on wheels to improve the nutritional status of the community of empty nesters. The object of the study sub- jects ,passive nutrition intervention study four dimensions of quality of life score and self-ratings were higher than be- fore the intervention,and there is statistical difference between the two. Conclusion：Free nutrition lunch as a passive nutrition interventions can effectively improve the nutritional status and quality of life of the community of empty nesters.
