鼻内镜下手术治疗上颌窦后鼻孔息肉16例临床分析

Clinical analysis of operation in 16 antro-choanal polyp cases with nasal endoscope

目的:探讨鼻内镜下手术治疗上颌窦后鼻孔息肉的方法和效果。方法:2009年7月—2011年3月经鼻内镜下手术治疗上颌窦后鼻孔息肉16例,对临床特点、息肉来源及治疗效果进行分析。结果:随访6～18个月,16例患者鼻腔通气良好,无复发,无并发症。结论:根据国内外文献及术后观察,鼻内镜下手术治疗上颌窦后鼻孔息肉是安全有效的方法。

Objective：To approach the method and effect of operation in antro-choanal polyp cases with nasal en- doscope. Methods ： Sixteen antro-choanal polyp cases were operated with nasal endoscope from July 2009 to March 2011. To retrospectively analyze the clinical features ,polypus origin and treatment effect. Results ：Follow-up 6 months to 18 months ,the 16 patients ,nasal ventilation well ,no recurrence and no complications. Conclusion ：According to lit- erature and post-operation observation,the operation of antro-choanal polyp with nasal endoscope is safe and effective method.
