摘要
本研究以浙江嘉善县为例,从《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》和幼儿园教师专业伦理视角分析农村幼儿园教师所表现出来的“越过底线”“规矩不明”“左右为难”三种“规矩困惑”现象,并从从业者现状、“规矩建设”现状、“规矩教育”现状三方面分析“规矩困惑”形成的原因以及解决之道。
In view of Kindergarten Teachers' Professional Standards (for Trial Implementation) and kindergarten teachers' professional ethics, this paper analyzed the different phenomenon of the rule puzzles that kindergarten teachers in rural areas in Jiashan showed. The paper discusses reasons of the phenomenon from practitioners' status, rules construction and rules education situation, and puts forward some possible solutions.
