细小病毒非结构蛋白NS1作用机制的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 细小病毒编码的非结构蛋白NS1(non-structural protein 1)是一种多功能蛋白,该蛋白质与病毒DNA的复制、基因转录调控、诱导细胞病理变化等密切相关。本文对细小病毒NS1蛋白的基因转录激活功能、磷酸化修饰以及与胞内蛋白的相互作用等研究进展进行综述,为研究家蚕双义病毒(BmBDV)的NS1蛋白作用机制提供参考。 The non-structural protein NS1 encoded by parvovirus is a multi-functional protein, and is considered to have a close relationship with viral replication, regulation of gene transcription, induction of cytopathol0gical alteration etc. In this review, research progress in transcriptional activation activity, phosphorylation modification, and intracellular protein interaction of parvovirus protein NS1 was summarized, providing references for studies on functional mechanism of pro- tein NS1 from Bombyx mori bidensovirus (BmBDV).
