Investigation of 2048 Dot Thin Film Thermal Printing Head in Facsimiles

传真机薄膜热印头（TFTPH）是由制作在陶瓷基极上的2048个薄膜热阻点和2048位MOS驱动专用集成电路组成。TPH的分辨率为8点／mm，打印幅度256mm，打印速度20线／秒，在传真机线性打印系统中获得较好的运用。

A thin film thermal printng head (TFTPH) in facsimilms is described in this paper. It is consisted of a 2048 thin film thermal resistor on a glazed alumina substrate and 2048 bit CMOS driver ASIC. The resolving power is 8 dots/mm, printing range is 256mm, and printing speed is 20 line per second. This TPH can be satisfactorily applied to line printing system of facsimiles.
