基于色纱排列和组织变化探讨了精纺面料实现渐变效果的设计和影响因素。实践表明:在现有设备上,精纺产品可通过色纱排列或组织变化来实现渐变效果;精纺面料中通过色纱排列在绒面产品中渐变效果较好;组织结构变化造成的渐变效果不仅与不同组织反光不同造成的明暗度有关,而且受色纱配置的影响,经纬异色面料靠组织变化实现渐变效果优于经纬同色面料。同时指出:渐变面料与渐变成衣息息相关,渐变成衣是渐变面料在服装上的运用和突破。

According to color yarn arrangement and tissue change, it discuss the design of the gradient effect and its impact factors about the worsted fabric. The practice shows that the worsted fabric may achieve the gradient effect by color yarn arrangement or tissue change. The gradient effect of the suede products is better by color yarn arrangement than the smooth ones. The gradient effect caused by tissue change is affected by not only reflected brightness of tissue but also color yarn arrangement. The gradient effect of the fabric with different color between warp and weft is better than those with the same color between warp and weft by tissue change. The gradient effect of fabric is related to the clothing. The clothing gradient effect is a breakthrough to this kind of fabric.
