芳砜纶产品在生产和使用过程中极易产生静电,限制了芳砜纶在多种场合的应用。研究证明,使用阴离子型表面活性剂作为抗静电剂,可以消除芳砜纶在纺纱过程中的静电;采用吸湿性能好的纤维与芳砜纶混纺或在针织机上混织,当混合比适当时,既可以保持芳砜纶良好的阻燃性能,又可以改善芳砜纶织物的抗静电性能。10%羊毛、20%阻燃粘胶及碳纤维等纤维原料,与芳砜纶进行混纺或混织,其织物的阻燃性能达到国家阻燃产品的标准要求,抗静电性能也可以得到最为显著的改善。
Because static electricity can be easily generated in PSA production and use of the fabric, it limited the PSA applications in a variety of occasions. Studies have shown that using anionic surfactant as the antistatic agent can eliminate the PSA electrostatic in the spinning process ; use of good hygroscopic fibers and PSA blended spinning or mixed woven in a knitting machine, when the mixing ratio is appropriate, the PSA product can maintain good flame retardant properties, and can improve the PSA anti-static properties. With 10% wool, 20% FR viscose fiber and carbon fiber materials to blend with the PSA or mixed weaving, the flame retardant performance of the fabric can meet national standards, anti- static properties can also be the most significant improvement.
