Simultaneous Determination of Five Active Compounds in Ixeris chinensis

摘要 目的:建立一种HPLC同时测定蒙药光叶苦荬菜中的5种有效成分。方法:采用HPLC,Hypersil ODS-2色谱柱(4.6 mm×300 mm,5μm);乙腈-水梯度洗脱;检测波长切换,Ixerisoside A和Ixerin M 238nm,木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷和木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷乙酸酯326 nm;柱温为30℃。结果:在所用的实验操作条件下,5种对照品溶液分别在检测范围内具有良好的线性关系(r>0.999 3),平均回收率分别为97.08%(RSD 1.28%),96.33%(RSD1.64%),96.50%(RSD 1.45%),95.50%(RSD 1.38%),96.00%(RSD 1.22%)。结论:方法简便、快速、准确,可为评价该药材质量提供依据。 Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous determining five avtive compounds from the whole plant of I.chinensis by HPLC.Method:The separation by gradient elution was performed on Hypersil ODS-2 column(4.6 mm×300 mm,5 μm) at 30 ℃ with acetonitrile and water as the mobile phase and detection at 238 nm and 326 nm.Result: Five active compounds were linear in the detection range(r=0.999 3).The average recoveries of five active compounds were 97.08%(RSD 1.28%),96.33%(RSD 1.64%),96.50%(RSD 1.45%),95.50%(RSD 1.38%),96.00%(RSD 1.22%).Conclusion:The results indicated that the developed assay method was rapid,accurate,reliable and could be readily utilized as a quantitative analysis method for I.chinensis.
