摘要
近年来我国科技投入不断增加,有力地促进了地区科技与经济发展,然而不同地区之间的科技发展水平仍存在较大差距。本文利用2009年科技统计数据,采用熵权法、密切值法和因子分析法分别对我国不同地区科技综合实力进行分析,并进行了三种方法计算结果的一致性检验。结果表明,我国区域科技综合实力呈现出由东部沿海地区向东北地区、中部地区到西部地区的梯度分布特征;同时,在一个区域内部科技综合实力的水平也存在差异。
The increasing input of science and technology has extremely promoted China's science, technology and economy develop-ment in recent years. But there are still large differences between regions in terms of science and technology development level. Based on the statistics data of 2009, the paper analyzes the regional comprehensive science and technology power through the entropy method, osculating value method and factor analysis, and makes a consistency test on the analysis results from the three methods. The study re- suits show that the regional comprehensive science and technology power of China gradually declines from the eastern costal area to the northeastern, the middle, and the western areas, and that the regional comprehensive science and technology power is also much dif- ferent within the four areas.
