对中国舞蹈编导专业及编导人才培养的调查与建议——以北京舞蹈学院为例

Disscussion and Suggestions on Construction of Choreography Department of Beijing Dance Academy

编导系是北京舞蹈学院一个重要的教学系,承担着为国家培养优秀创编人才、撰写优秀编导教材、创作优秀舞蹈作品以及承接国家、社会一些大型活动的任务,从建系之初到现在成绩显著,人才不断涌现。肯定成绩,发现问题,总结经验,不断改进,事业才能健康、稳定可持续地向前发展,本文从编导系办学宗旨、师资队伍建设、生源选择与学制设置、编导课程内容要求这四个方面入手,对编导专业建设提出意见与建议。

Choreography Department of Beijing dance academy is one of the an important teaching departments in Beijing Dance Academy which is responsible for cultivating professional choreographers, writing teaching materials for choreography, creating dance works alad fulfilling some official tasks of big events. It has made a lot of achievements since it was established. This paper tries to present the author＇s thoughts based on own experience from four perspectives： the mission of this department, building up teaching group, choosing students, curricular design in order to help the development of this department.
