摘要
全日制专业学位研究生教育存在职业导向性不明确,教育教学体系与生产实践不融合,"双师"型导师缺乏,职业资格认证困难,学位论文质量评价标准不明确,实践教学不能保障等亟待解决的问题。建议国家出台政策支持地方政府、企业与高校合作共建实践基地;学校要创新培养模式,强化实践教学,推动协同创新;建立校企联动机制,推动科学化管理;实施双导师制,确保培养环节的连续性。
In the full-time professional degree post-graduate programs,problems exist such as vague professional orientations,disparity between syllabus and course system and actual productions,lack of "double-quality" faculty,strict professional authorization,uneven standard for graduating thesis evaluation and uncertain practice teaching.We suggest that the state policies should be made to support the joint construction of practice bases by local government,enterprises and universities.The university should innovate the training patterns,enhance the practical link of teaching,establish the mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation and introduce the"double tutorship"to ensure the continuity of the training program.
