阿霉素金属配合物及其与氨基酸的作用

摘要 采用紫外 -可见光度法和荧光光度法研究了 pH7.0条件下 ,阿霉素与金属离子、生物小分子的相互作用。结果表明 ,Fe2 +、Cu2 +与阿霉素可形成稳定的配合物 ,Mg2 +、Ni2 +、Co2 +与阿霉素有较弱的相互作用 ,在氨基酸存在下 ,Cu -ADM配合物发生解离 ,而Fe -ADM相对较稳定。 The interaction between adriamycin and metal ions w as studied by spectrophotometry and fluorophotometry. At pH=7.0, Fe- 2+ and Cu- 2+ bind with adriamycin to form complexes having M-ADM stoichiometries o f 1∶3 and 1∶2, respectively. However, Mg- 2+, Ni- 2+, and Co- 2+ interact weakly with adriamycin. In the presence of amino acids, Cu-ADM complex underwent dissociation, while Fe-ADM complex was relatively stable.
