对苏州市高职学生体育锻炼习惯的调查研究

Investigation and Analysis of Suzhou Vocational College Students on the Physical Activity Habits

通过对苏州市具有代表性的6所高职院校的1732名在校学生体育锻炼习惯的调查,研究结果显示:苏州市高职院校有体育锻炼习惯的学生仅占三分之一左右,情况不容乐观。不同性别之间,男生整体略好于女生;从年级分布来看,二年级学生的体育锻炼习惯要好于一、三年级。对此,提出以下建议:一、体育课应着力引导学生形成正确的体育价值观,促其积极参与到体育活动中去,养成良好的体育锻炼习惯。二、要充分发挥高职院校体育社团的作用。三、高职院校应该进一步加大体育场所、体育设施的投入,为同学们更好的参与体育锻炼创造条件。四、要建立科学的监测和评估体系,促使学生形成科学的体育锻炼习惯,促进体质的提高。

Through analysis and research of the six vocational colleges in Suzhou City representative 1732 survey in the habit of physical exercise of students,studies have shown： Suzhou City,vocational colleges physical exercise habits of students accounted for only one-third ofabout the situation is not optimistic.Different between the sexes,the boys overall slightly better than girls;sophomore physical exercise habits better than the first,three years from the grade distribution.In this regard,the following suggestions： physical education should strive to guide students to form the correct values ？？of sport,and promote their participation in active sports activities,to develop good exercise habits.Second,it is necessary to give full play to the role of the sports associations of higher vocational colleges.Third,the vocational colleges should further increase the sports venues,sports facilities investment,and to create conditions for students to better participate in physical exercise.Is to establish scientific monitoring and evaluation system,prompting the students to form a scientific exercise habits to promote the improvement of the physical.
