大冶有色公司运用合同能源管理模式已经完成了几十个节能改造项目,取得了较好的节能效益。本文针对实际运用过程出现的问题,系统地叙述了实施合同能源管理的技术经济优势,存在的难点,以及应对解决办法。

Non-ferrous Metals Group Holing Co. , Ltd. has already completed dozens of energy saving reform projects with contract energy management mode, and achieved good energy saving effects. In view of the problems existed in practical operation, the technological-economic advantages, difficulties and corresponding solutions of implementing contract energy management were systematically presented in this paper.
