This paper gives a design approach of a RTD temperature measurement Module.The design implements a high precision and high flexibility RTD temperature measurement module using 24-bit high-precision ADC chip ADS1248.This module can accept 8 channel three-wire RTD or 4 channel four-wire RTD.The accuracy is 0.1%.
