胶原α_2(Ⅰ)链被胰蛋白酶降解的最终产物的重均分子量计算

摘要 本文在前文[1]已计算α_1(Ⅰ)链被胰蛋白酶降解的最终产物的重均分子量的基础上,进一步计算α_2(Ⅰ)链完全水解的最终产物的分子量,并研究其分布情况。计算表明,分子量分布范围在174.1~4255.04之间,主峰在750~1000,碎片分子量在3000以上的有六个,重均分子量为1289.05。通过计算α_1(Ⅰ)、α_2(Ⅰ)、链降解产物的分子量及其分布,为研究明胶被胰蛋白酶降解的分子量提供了依据。 Based on the bond-breakdown speciality of trypsin, present paper calculates the molecular weight of α_2(Ⅰ) chain final products degraded by trypsin and researches the limits of the molecular-weight. It is indicated that the molecular weight is ranged between 174. 18-4255. 04, the main peak is between 750-1000, and there are six large fragments whose molecular weight is more than 3000. The weight-average molecular weight is found to-be 1289. 05. These data are of reference importance for the preparation of hydrolyzed prgtein from collagen and gelatin.
