摘要
以马来酸酐、丙烯酸、次磷酸钠合成含磷棉用功能整理剂,研究了整理剂用量、整理液pH值、催化剂浓度、焙烘温度对防皱效果的影响,确定其最佳工艺条件为:整理剂浓度8%,焙烘温度190℃,pH值为3.5,催化剂浓度为5%,并考察了经过最佳工艺整理后织物的阻燃性能。测试表明,经过最佳工艺整理后棉织物的折皱回复角可达到252°,极限氧指数达到27.1。
With maleic anhydride,acrylic and sodium hypophosphite as reactants,a new type of functional agent was synthesized.The effects of concentration of the finishing agent,baking temperature,pH values and concentration of catalyst in the finishing bath were researched.The optimum technological conditions were defined:the finishing agent concentration 8%,baking temperature 190℃,pH 3.5 and sodium hypophosphite concentration 5%,and the fire proof performance of the treated cotton fabric was also tested.After finished,the value of WRA is 252°and LOI is 27.1.
