Optimization of Structure and Material of Shell and Lining Layers for Laminated Fabrics

目前,兼具防护功能和舒适性的层压织物开发备受关注。层压织物可由两层或多层织物复合制成,其中可加入柔软的薄膜或其他面状材料。本文选用膜层有所区别的?3?类层压织物作为分析对象,分别对其面料层、中间层和里层的结构和形态进行了对比分析,并对层压织物面料和里料的结构要求及适合的材质进行了总结。

Recently,laminated fabric with protection function and comfort has attracted more attention.Laminated fabric can be made of two or more layers,among which soft film or fabric can be included.This article took three types of laminated fabric as samples,and presented how to optimize the performance of the products based on analyzing the structure and material of shell and lining layers of the three kinds of fabric.
