摘要
目的研究灵芝双向固体发酵草乌后菌质的抗炎镇痛作用。方法运用双向固体发酵技术获得灵乌菌质,采用角叉菜胶致炎法、二甲苯致耳肿胀法、扭体法等多种动物模型和方法考察不同剂量灵乌菌质的抗炎镇痛作用。结果灵乌菌质能明显减少小鼠腹腔注射醋酸引起的扭体反应次数,与传统湿热法炮制品组相比,灵乌菌质高剂量组对小鼠疼痛反应的抑制作用差异显著(P<0.05)。抗炎作用方面,灵乌菌质能够明显抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿胀及角叉菜胶引起的大鼠足跖肿胀。在高剂量时,灵乌菌质对小鼠耳肿胀的抑制作用明显优于传统湿热法炮制品,存在显著性差异(P<0.01),而低剂量灵乌菌质在致炎后4h和5h内明显降低大鼠足跖容积,对大鼠足跖肿胀的减轻作用显著优于炮制品(P<0.01)。结论草乌与灵芝所构成的发酵组合灵乌菌质的抗炎镇痛作用与单品相比具有不同程度的增强。
Objective To assess the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Lingwu fungal products (Lingwu FP) from bi-directional solid fermentation techniques. Methods Lingwu FP was obtained by bi-directional solid fermentation techniques. A twisting method was utilized to evaluate the anti-analgesic effects of Lingwu FP. The anti-inflammatory effects were observed in carrageenin-induced inflammatory tissue of rat paw and xylene-induced edema of mouse ears. Results Lingwu FP significantly reduced writhing response times of mice induced by acetic acid through the intraperitoneal injection. The high dose group of Lingwu FP showed more potent anti-analgesic effects than the group of the traditional hydrotherrnal processed products (P 〈 0.05). Lingwu FP significantly suppressed xylene-induced mice ear swelling and carrageenin-induced rats paw edema. There was a significant difference (P 〈 0.01) between the inhibitory effect of mouse ear edema of Lingwu FP with high dose and the traditional processed products. The low dose Lingwu FP significantly mitigated rat paw volume after 4 and 5 h of administration of carrageenin. The reduction of rat paw edema was superior to that of the processed products (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Lingwu FP form a bi-directional solid fermentation technique shows the more potent anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects than the traditional hydrothermal processed products.
